At London Lash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional supplies; if you are not, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like adhesives and tweezers cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to the address specified in your authorization email.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our lash experts inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
